Paleo bro!

Hey kids,

So I follow fairly strict paleo eating. This means I basically eat meat, veggies, fruit, nuts, seeds, little starch, no sugar. I'll cheat like a mofo once a week with some Thai or pizza or something, but overall I adhere pretty closely to paleo eating. It works for me. Anyways, here's an example of a quick and easy paleo meal that will do dinner and lunch the following day.

2 Chicken legs (free-range obvs), onion, zucchini, black carrots, Cajun seasoning, sea salt, coconut oil. Combine and bake.
