My specialty is not specializing

Hey people, here is my blog post viginity for the taking.

Here's what's going to happen, I'm going to use smart training techniques to become the best athlete I can, and you guys get to watch, pretty cool right?

As mentioned in my "about section", I'll be using a constantly varied, broad approach to becoming the best athlete I can be. This approach with consist mainly of powerlifts, Olympic lifts, CrossFit, Yoga, and some mobility work, along with a strict paleo, primal, caveman, pretentious douchebag diet.

I am currently 167lbs. at 5'10", down from about 184lbs. since Christ's birthday. (I will post before and after pictures soon), entirely due to my diet and exercise routine. The goal for body composition is a 6 pack. No bf% in mind, just looking great naked.

As far as athletic goals go, my current maxes are as follows:

All raw (straps don't count)/ below parallel

Deadlift 345lbs
Back squat 245lbs
Front squat 195lbs.
Clean squat 185lbs.
Power clean 175lbs.
Bench press 210lbs.
Overhead press 135lbs.
Snatch 115lbs.(shoulder injury, may not do this for a while)

My goals by my 26th b-day are as follows:

Dead lift 405lbs.
Back squat 275lbs.
Front squat 225lbs.
Clean squat 205lbs.
Sub 10 minute Fran time (21-15-9 reps of, 95lbs. thruster and pull-ups)
Muscle up (already attained) as well as improving my other lifts.

Stay tuned for more awesome posts, and some delicious recipes (as I am an outstanding cook)

One love.
